Business Valuation Group, Inc. founded in 1999, has become a leading independent financial analysis and business valuation firm. Our staff, possessing Accredited Senior Appraiser and Chartered Financial Analyst designations, has the knowledge and experience to guide you through the requirements mandated by the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor.
You have worked hard to build your company, and at BVG we work hard to estimate its value. We do not use off-the-shelf valuation formulas or mechanical book value methods. We work closely with you and your advisors so that our estimate of value captures the nuances specific to your business.
Any individual involved in running a company understands the value of sound advice and reliable information. In many cases, the knowledge and experience of an advisor can contribute to the success of the business. The professionals at BVG understand the importance of providing an accurate valuation.
